As is mentioned on our front page:

Articles, comments and tweets contained herein are solely the opinions of their authors and do not necessarily reflect those of the blog’s owners, the Minnesota Skeptics Meetup Group leadership team, members, sponsors or affiliated sites and podcasts.

Bloggers on Minnesota Skeptics are members of the Minnesota Skeptics meetup group. If you are interested in blogging here, please consider attending one of our meetups in the Twin Cities area, or send us a message via our Contact Us page.

Minnesota Skeptics promotes ethical writing by our bloggers and commenters. We recognize that some topics may cause…ahem…spirited debate. We cherish the first amendment rights of all who choose to interact on this blog, but we encourage our bloggers and commenters to adhere to the following guidelines:

  • Do not commit libel. If you do not know what libel is, please do not ask to blog here. For more information on libel and slander, please visit this page by Injury-Law.FreeAdvice.com
  • Respect the copyright. Do not publish or reproduce copyrighted material in your articles or comments unless you own the material yourself.
  • Play Nice. Do not use the comments to make direct threats against others, incite others to violence, or to spread hate speech.

The administrators and authors of this blog reserve the right to decide what we consider to be appropriate and what we do not. Any article or comment that violates the above rules may be removed and the author notified via email. Furthermore, offenders will likely be banned from blog access.
